I used my sketch book as a means to talk to my unconscious mind when I was convinced my pain and suffering was from Tension Myositis Syndrome as described in several books by Dr. John Sarno. I still believe his theories and think that is what triggered my own disability that has been diagnosed as AS Ankylosing Spondylitis. The damage is done but the pain is so minimal now as to when I wrote these pages, it's like day and night.
